By placing an order at Olive & Tuesday, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at OLIVE & TUESDAY for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for typographical errors related to pricing and reserve the right to contact you and advise of the corrected information prior to processing your order.
By purchasing an item you are agreeing with all terms stated above.
Please note that local charges (sales tax) may occur, depending on your region and local laws. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Items purchased from OliveandTuesday.com are eligible for exchange or return for store credit or refund to the original form of payment within 7 days of the date the merchandise was received. Merchandise returned after 14 days of receipt will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total at the time of your return. Items returned after 7 days of receipt will be returned for a store credit or exchange only. Please note returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags. Including any Olive & Tuesday Tags.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, and will be denied.
As long as we receive your return within the 14 day timeline, we will process a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase; less a $10.00 shipping fee, if you received complimentary shipping, to the original form of payment
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
ALL SALE ITEMS, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS
Also, the following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
If your package arrives at Olive and Tuesday & within the 7 day timeline specified above, your store credit or refund to the original form of payment will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the email address provided upon checkout. Please note your banking institution may require additional time for the refund to reflect back on to your account.
HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your package and return your items within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number on the outside of the package.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.

We operate Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of the time they are placed. Some orders may require further verification in order to begin processing and this may result in delayed shipping.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.
Occasionally items may be out of stock and if this happens on an order of multiple items we will ship the available items on the order.
We do not offer price matching or price adjustments on prior orders.
Olive and Tuesday offers the highest quality merchandise and fulfills customer orders accurately. All orders are inspected several times prior to shipment to guarantee that the order meets our high quality control standards. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to rectify the error within a reasonable time frame.
Please note on exchanges for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.
Within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of returned items, a customer will be issued an online credit in the form of a code. This code will be emailed to the same email address used when placing the original order. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on www.oliveandtuesday.com To use your online credit code, simply type it into the "CODE" box at checkout and click "apply". You will need to be using the same email address at checkout that was used on the original order in order for the credit to be applied to the order. You will be required to enter credit card information when checking out, however you will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your online store credit. Any remaining credit can be used on your next order by following the same instructions.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order is submitted we are unable to make and modification to the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. If a cancellation request is approved the order will then only be cancelled in exchange for an online store credit.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Please make sure to enter the coupon code upon checkout, as orders cannot be adjusted once processed. Coupon codes are not valid for the purchase of gift cards. Coupon code price adjustments will not be made on previous orders.
Coupon codes are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards. When you purchase Gift Cards, we will email either you, or the recipient a personalized code that may be used to purchase items on our website in the amount you designate. This is an electronic code that will be delivered by email. We recommend that you print or save a copy of the email as you will need the code to redeem the Gift Card online.
